Role Overview

Main Responsibilities
  1. Manage the full lifecycle of employees, from recruitment to separation, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and external regulations.
  2. Develop and implement effective HR strategies to enhance employee engagement, retention, and overall job satisfaction.
  3. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, such as performance management, disciplinary procedures, and employee grievances.
