Our mission is to cultivate a generation of young leaders who are informed about and engaged in conservative values. With a presence on over 3,500 campuses nationwide, we are the largest and fastest-growing youth organization in America.

Job Overview: The Regional Manager for Faith Initiatives plays a pivotal role in collaborating with pastors and ministry leaders, establishing new Faith Groups, and mobilizing local leaders for various events and initiatives. This position is crucial for fostering a robust network throughout the designated territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with potential leads and initiate new groups to strengthen the pastoral coalition.
  • Equip Christians with essential resources and organize local initiatives.
  • Conduct outreach to prospective members and deliver presentations.
  • Manage data organization and maintain accurate records.
  • Represent the organization at events and conferences, enhancing networking opportunities.

Ideal Candidate Profile: The successful candidate will work collaboratively to ensure the effectiveness of Faith Groups and local initiatives, contributing to the overall success of the Faith Strategic Program. The ideal candidate will embody the following traits: grassroots humility, a warrior spirit, and a commitment to innovation.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience in a church setting.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Google Drive applications (Docs, Sheets).
  • Willingness to undertake all assigned duties.
  • Strong passion for conservative political values.
  • Adaptability and enthusiasm for a dynamic work environment.
  • Positive demeanor and strong work ethic.
  • Self-motivated and proactive.
  • Punctual and responsive in communications.
  • Ethical management of corporate expenses.

Preferred Skills:
  • Deep religious conviction and active engagement in faith-based efforts.
  • Demonstrated ability to facilitate civic engagement.
