This position is responsible for ensuring the quality of design, documentation, and plans produced or managed in the Eastern region. The successful candidate will provide guidance and review of PS&E submittals, review contract plans submittal packages for accuracy and constructability, and review design documentation and proposed roadway geometrics for adherence to current standards.
