Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service by multitasking and ensuring seamless interactions with clients

  • Book clients for future services and encourage home-care retail purchases based on service provider recommendations
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and presentable front desk area

Requirements
  • Self-motivated with the ability to think critically and set priorities
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • Basic math and computer skills, with confidence in handling cash
