Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at Holiday Inn Express Pittsburgh West. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, registering guests, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay for our guests.

Responsibilities:
  • Guest Registration: Register guests in a friendly and efficient manner, ensuring all necessary information is collected and accurate.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk area, including handling guest inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Problem-Solving: Anticipate, prevent, and resolve guest complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other departments to ensure a positive guest experience and achieve hotel goals.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in a related field is a plus.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a hotel or customer service role is preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a positive attitude.
