Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to generate qualified leads and support revenue growth in the healthcare sector.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize targeted marketing campaigns that resonate with healthcare professionals.
  • Manage lead generation initiatives across various channels, including digital marketing, content creation, and events.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Utilize marketing automation and CRM tools to effectively track and nurture leads throughout the sales process.
  • Create engaging content tailored to different stages of the buyer's journey, ensuring alignment with brand messaging.
  • Identify best practices for lead scoring and nurturing to enhance conversion rates.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain innovative marketing approaches.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in demand generation or digital marketing, ideally within the healthcare or technology sectors.
  • Strong strategic and tactical execution capabilities.
  • Proven success in developing and implementing effective marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Creative problem-solver with a track record of innovative marketing strategies.
  • Exceptional project management skills, capable of handling multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration across teams.
