Product Strategy Manager

As a Product Strategy Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of agricultural solutions. You'll oversee the development and lifecycle of cutting-edge product technologies, utilizing market research to spearhead innovation and working closely with Sales and Marketing to craft and execute effective go-to-market strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Guide and manage the lifecycle of new product technologies and future enhancements.
• Develop product concepts and designs to meet market needs and user requirements, both for current products and new innovations.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, emerging technologies, and market trends.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to identify market opportunities, develop go-to-market strategies, and generate product ideas and concepts.
• Research and develop pricing strategies and recommendations for various sales channels.
Position Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Product Strategy Manager with a successful track record in managing product lifecycles.
• Knowledge of crop production and the agricultural industry.
• Experience in product portfolio management, including familiarity with stage-gate processes.
• Master's degree in a related field preferred, or equivalent experience that includes finance.
• Strong ability to analyze quantitative data and apply it to pricing strategies.
• Excellent critical thinking skills.
• Outstanding leadership capabilities and strong independent decision-making skills.
