About the Role:

Brown & Brown is seeking a highly skilled Insurance Marketing Strategist to join our team in Portland, OR. As a key member of our sales enablement team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans within Microsoft Dynamics to enhance the visibility and market presence of our producers and office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to drive business growth and revenue
  • Cultivate collaborative relationships with internal teams to ensure effective communication and alignment
  • Work closely with producers/leaders to conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and provide insights for targeted marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content
  • Manage social media channels and digital platforms to optimize brand awareness and engagement
  • Analyze and report on marketing and business development metrics to inform strategy and drive continuous improvement
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or similar field
  • Strong technical background and proficiency in Microsoft Suite
  • Robust project management, organizational, and communication skills
  • Proficient critical thinking skills and ability to work independently or in a team setting
Estimated Salary:$85,000 - $110,000 per year,
