About the Position

We are seeking an accomplished Outside Sales Representative to join our team at Meritage Homes. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new home sales by leveraging relationships with Realtors and new home buyers.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will possess 3+ years of prior outside sales experience, with a demonstrated track record of achievement in new home sales. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are vital for this role, along with proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.

In this position, you will act as a liaison between Realtors and new homebuyers, during the building process with construction, the Closing Department, and Title Company. You will also be accountable for maintaining current and developing novel relationships with Realtors via varied techniques that generate enduring partnerships and repeated business.

Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year

Main Tasks
  • Fulfill sales and customer support requirements and other aims as guided by your Sales Director
  • Pursue ongoing and initiate fresh associations with Realtors using numerous systems fostering continued ties and repetitive transactions
  • Negotiate alliances with new clients without an agent and implement lasting partnerships throughout the purchase process
Eligibility Criteria
  • Continuous State RE license obligatory (if applicable, territory-dependent)
  • At least secondary education necessary; significant college studies or University degree desired
  • More than three years of past sales expertise
