About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Business Office Associate to join our team at CarMax. As a Business Office Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store by providing exceptional customer service, handling administrative tasks, and supporting various store departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer service by greeting customers, guiding them through paperwork, and communicating effectively with customers and business partners.
  • Complete administrative tasks to support all store departments, including opening and closing the business office, completing financial transactions, and processing paperwork.
  • Maintain coverage at the information desk and answer multi-line phone systems.
  • Learn and succeed as part of a team, working collaboratively to prioritize the customer experience.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced office environment
  • Strong listening skills and a customer-focused mindset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
