Duties:
  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
  • Support managers and employees through various tasks related to organization and communication.

  • Take dictation, research and create important presentations, develop processes.
  • Generate reports, handle multiple projects.

  • Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, calling for repairs, maintaining equipment inventories, evaluating new equipment and techniques.
  • Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies, verifying receipt of supplies.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, participating in professional societies.
Skills:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with a proven ability to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to anticipate needs, troubleshoot problems, and offer solutions proactively.
  • Must handle sensitive information with discretion.
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree.
