Your Contributions
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders, including HR Business Partners, Centers of Excellence (CoE) in HR, Business Leaders, and employees to support Anaplan's ambition to be a preferred employer.
  • Address a diverse range of HR inquiries and challenges, providing assistance to all employees and management levels throughout the organization.
  • Draft and distribute offer letters and offer onboarding assistance as required.
  • Guide and advise employees and managers on all HR-related matters (labor regulations, employment agreements, professional growth, compensation, and directing them to the appropriate HR contact).
  • Listen to and communicate the needs and challenges faced in the business regarding HR issues (recruitment, training, working conditions, etc.).
  • Provide employee relations support, including conducting investigations in partnership with the HR Business Partner.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and business leaders on recruitment initiatives to attract suitable talent.
  • Work alongside HRBP to onboard and integrate new talent.
  • Focus on enhancing employee experience to keep talent engaged and motivated; provide insights from annual employee experience surveys, exit interviews, and other data sources.
  • Lead and engage in multiple concurrent projects within the HR Organization and potentially aligned with line of business projects.
  • Coordinate with internal partners to develop process efficiencies and create scalable, repeatable processes for a growing organization.
  • Identify areas for improvement, emphasizing an operational focus.
  • Assist in crafting and facilitating documentation and training as necessary.
  • Operate with integrity, respect, empathy, and high personal standards regarding confidentiality, continuously building personal credibility.
Your Qualifications
  • 3+ years in HR/People-related roles within a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
  • Proven experience with Workday.
  • Self-motivated individual with a desire to learn and work across multiple projects and programs.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Leadership and coaching capabilities.
  • Independent problem-solver with sound judgment, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
  • Ambitious self-learner, capable of adapting quickly.
  • Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to be agile and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to build trust and credibility with employees and managers at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in technology, software, and SaaS industries.
  • Experience in both private and public companies.
  • Background in employee relations.
  • PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification.
