About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Lead Generator / In-Store Promoter to join our team at Greenstar/RighTime Home Service. As a Sales Lead Generator / In-Store Promoter, you will be responsible for generating leads and promoting our services to customers in our partnered National Big Box Retail Home Improvement Stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work directly with customers to understand their heating and cooling needs and provide solutions to improve their home's energy efficiency and comfort.
  • Generate leads for a Free, In-Home Consultation or sell a home performance tune-up, and work with our industry experts to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Ability to work independently and represent our brand in a retail environment.
  • 1+ year of sales experience, preferably in a retail or customer-facing role.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
