As a Sales Lead Generator, you will be responsible for generating leads for our home performance tune-ups and free in-home consultations within our partnered National Big Box Retail Home Improvement Stores.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with our partnered National Big Box Retail Home Improvement Stores to speak with customers about heating and cooling upgrades, air quality improvements, and energy savings.
  • Generate leads for a free, in-home consultation or sell a home performance tune-up, and have one of our industry experts take over from there.
  • Represent our brand inside of our partner retail locations, working independently to achieve sales goals.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently and represent our brand inside of our partner retail locations.
  • Sales experience preferred, but an outgoing personality will certainly work in place of experience.
  • Ability to put in extra hours and weekends when needed.
  • All candidates are required to undergo a pre-employment screening.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range of $19.00 - $21.00 per hour.
  • The opportunity to work part-time, with a schedule of 25 hours per week, including weekends and some holidays.
  • A chance to work with a leading provider of residential home services in the US, with over 45 years of experience.
