As a key member of our team at Clinton Bruner - State Farm Agent, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, providing exceptional customer service, and identifying opportunities to grow our business.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, identifying their needs and providing solutions to meet those needs.
- Business Development: Develop leads, schedule appointments, and market appropriate products and services to grow our business.
- Communication: Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options and provide clear and concise information about our products and services.
- Sales Experience: Previous sales experience, preferably in an outside sales or inside sales representative role, retail sales associate, or telemarketing.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Self-Motivation: Self-motivated and enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams.
- License Requirements: Ability to obtain a Property and Casualty license and a Life and Health license.
