Key Responsibilities:
The Front of House (FOH) Supervisor plays a crucial role in supporting the bartenders, servers, hosts, and bussers in the daily operations of the Café, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while driving sales growth and adhering to all standards and legal requirements. The FOH Supervisor also collaborates with senior management to uphold brand standards and core values, aiming to meet or exceed business objectives.

Qualifications:
Experience, Education, and Certifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory capacity within a high-volume, casual dining environment.
  • Strong understanding of food safety and handling practices.
  • Bartending experience is preferred.
  • A background in training and development is advantageous.
