We're a growing restaurant group in the Southern United States, born from a small storefront in New Orleans' Mid-City neighborhood. Our two brands, Ruby Slipper Café and Ruby Sunshine, put a Big Easy twist on Southern brunch classics.

Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our growing brunch-only concept restaurant. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing both front-of-house and back-of-house operations, ensuring an exceptional dining experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage restaurant operations, including staff supervision, inventory control, and customer service
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and goals
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of restaurant management experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Proven track record of success in managing front-of-house and back-of-house operations
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
