Key Responsibilities
  • Registration and Check-out: Process guest arrivals and departures in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring all necessary information is collected and accurate.
  • PBX Operations: Manage phone calls and messages, providing clear and concise information to guests and other departments.
  • Mail and Message Service: Handle guest mail and messages, ensuring timely delivery and follow-up as needed.
  • Guest Service: Provide exceptional service to guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Relationship Building: Develop relationships with guests, understanding their preferences and needs to create a personalized experience.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including Reservations, Sales, Housekeeping, Bell Staff, and Valet, to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a Front Desk or customer-facing role preferred.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with hotel systems and operations, as well as the ability to enter information accurately.
  • Schedule: Flexible schedule, able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
