Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner, both in-person and over the phone.
  • Inquire about patrons' needs, party size, and preferences, and work with the rest of the staff to ensure a positive experience.
  • Learn the seating chart and menu, and be able to answer guests' general questions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every guest feels valued and appreciated.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tables and priorities with ease.
Requirements
  • At least 16 years of age
  • Commitment to providing high-quality customer service
  • Casual but professional appearance
  • Ability to provide warm and gracious hospitality
  • Ability to speak clearly and articulately on the telephone, providing information and answering questions for callers, while focusing on etiquette and conveying a sense of calm
