Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $16-18 per hour
Availability: Monday/Wednesday 7:00am-4:30pm, Tuesday/Thursday 9:00am-7:00pm, Friday 7:00am-4:00pm

Key Responsibilities:
This pivotal role encompasses various front desk functions, including delivering exceptional customer service, managing patient check-ins and check-outs, scheduling appointments, handling referrals, verifying insurance, obtaining authorizations, and collecting payments.
- Greet and welcome patients warmly.
- Facilitate patient check-in and check-out processes, ensuring all necessary documentation is accurate and complete.
- Answer phone calls pleasantly and direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
- Register patients accurately and create accounts within our Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system.
- Efficiently schedule appointments for both new and returning patients.
- Perform routine administrative tasks promptly, including preparing patient documents, verifying insurance, and processing payments.
- Complete opening and closing duties as assigned.
- Exhibit outstanding customer service while maintaining compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Proficient in MS Office and basic office support skills (telephone, filing, data entry) along with basic math abilities.
- Excellent telephone etiquette and a friendly demeanor.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to convey information clearly.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Availability for Full-Time work.
