Patient Service Representative

Overview: Texas Oncology is seeking a skilled Patient Service Representative to support our Medical Oncology Department. This role will be based at our Austin, Texas location and will work Monday through Friday, 8:30a - 5:00p. As a member of our team, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality, evidence-based care to patients close to home.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with patients and staff to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Schedule appointments and manage patient flow to minimize wait times.
- Provide administrative support to physicians and staff, including filing charts and forms.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to confidentiality and HIPAA guidelines.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the team's efforts.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 0-3 years of medical business office experience preferred.
