Job Summary:
The Account Executive will promote home medical equipment to referral sources to increase sales. The Account Executive will provide a variety of duties, including:
- Physician office visits to educate them on DASCO's products and other available sources
- Achieving monthly sales goals
- Working closely with Office Managers and Distribution Coordinators to follow up with referrals and ensure smooth relations
- Maintaining logs, including daily call logs, expense logs, and mileage logs
- Delivering medical documentation to physician offices for completion when needed
- Establishing, growing, and maintaining good relationships with referral sources
- Complying with and reporting any compliance/safety issues
- Developing territory plans and presenting to leadership and peers
- Using Excel and other Microsoft office applications
Requirements:
- High School diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- One-year sales experience, preferably in the medical field
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree

- A valid driver's license and a good driving record

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time position with normal hours of work of Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, subject to change based on organizational and customer needs.
Supervisory Responsibility: This position has no supervisory role.
Work Environment: This job operates primarily in a professional office environment or in a clinical setting when visiting physician offices.
Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
Travel: Daily travel is required for the Account Executive during regular business hours, along with occasional overnight travel for training and corporate meetings at the home office.
