Job Title: Sales Development Representative Job Summary: At GE Digital, we're shaping the future of industry by accelerating decarbonization and creating a pathway to a zero-carbon tomorrow. As a Sales Development Representative, you'll play a key role in connecting our customers with our technologies to solve the century's biggest challenge - decarbonizing the planet. Key Responsibilities: * Learn and deliver a point of view on how GE Digital can help prospective customers * Navigate complex organizations to find the right prospects and deliver compelling value propositions to solve their pain points * Leverage sales tools to effectively manage inbound leads by emails, dials, and social selling techniques to generate new sales pipeline * Collaborate across sales and marketing to set meetings with net new customers * Achieve monthly qualification goals * Never stop learning about our products, the roadmap, and how GE Digital delivers value * Understand, internalize, and articulate the value GE Digital brings to the market in all communications * Overcome common sales objections to develop compelling conversations * Conduct research to stay informed, learn about existing markets, and grow knowledge about new ones Requirements: * Basic experience in sales and inside sales * Native or advanced German or French language skills * Interest or expertise in consultative and solution prospecting/selling * Strong presentation and communication skills * Excellent organizational skills, technologically proficient (MS office, Salesforce, Outreach) * Outcome-driven team player * Ability to thrive in a competitive team environment Additional Information: GE offers a great work environment, professional development, challenging careers, and competitive compensation.
