Role Overview
The Manager of Patient Services plays a crucial role in overseeing the ShieldsRx specialty pharmacy and medication adherence model. This position is designed for an individual with exceptional leadership abilities, a proactive self-starter eager to thrive in a dynamic environment within specialty pharmacy management services.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a dedicated team of Specialty Liaisons, ensuring the delivery of top-notch patient experiences in specialty clinics.
- Mentor and develop the liaison team while promoting the ShieldsRx culture at partner health system sites.
- Provide ongoing performance coaching, feedback, and training to enhance team effectiveness.
- Facilitate seamless communication among liaisons, ShieldsRx functional groups, pharmacy, and clinic teams.
- Achieve or surpass operational targets related to clinic service, growth, and patient satisfaction.
- Identify and implement initiatives to enhance performance and efficiency at health system partners.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including clinic leadership and pharmacy teams, to ensure high partner satisfaction.

Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required, with a preference for candidates possessing at least 2 years of supervisory or management experience.
- A minimum of 5 years in a healthcare or pharmacy setting with direct patient and clinician interaction is essential.
- National Certification as a CPhT (or equivalent) and prior experience as a licensed pharmacy technician is highly desirable.

Skills and Attributes
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage individual performance against metrics while maintaining clinical quality.
- A patient-centered approach, with a focus on detail, integrity, and motivational leadership.
