We are looking for a dedicated Registered Dietitian (RD) to join our team in Washington State, focusing on providing essential education and training for individuals managing diabetes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct tailored diabetes self-management education sessions for both individuals and groups.
- Offer skill development and nutritional guidance to patients and their families dealing with diabetes and related health conditions.
- Work closely with the diabetes program coordinator to create customized nutrition plans and ensure ongoing patient support.
- A bachelor's degree in dietetics or nutrition from an accredited institution.
- Must possess a valid Registered Dietitian credential in Washington State or an unencumbered RN license.
- At least 2 years of experience in diabetes education is preferred.
- Familiarity with training patients on Continuous Glucose Monitors (CGMs) and insulin delivery systems.
