We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Hospitality Front Desk Agent to enhance our guest services team. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for all guests while managing their accounts and addressing any inquiries or concerns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with the housekeeping team to guarantee that guest accommodations are prepared for arrival.
  • Oversee room reservations through various channels, including in-person, online, and phone inquiries, while addressing guests' needs regarding room availability, amenities, rates, special requests, and loyalty programs.
  • Welcome guests upon arrival, facilitate check-ins and check-outs, distribute room keys, and securely record payment information.

Account Management:
Ensure the accuracy and currency of all hotel guest account details.

  • Address customer complaints and concerns effectively.

Required Qualifications

  • Exhibits outstanding interpersonal, organizational, and customer service skills.
  • Preferred: At least one year of experience in the hospitality sector as a front desk agent, receptionist, or guest service representative.
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience in handling phone communications and managing high-pressure situations.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and reservation management software is advantageous.
