We are a leading Commercial General Contractor specializing in Tenant Improvements, Ground-Up Construction, and Retrofits to existing buildings. Our specialized experience allows us to provide clients with an economical and reliable solution in many sectors, including Healthcare, Education, Life Science, Corporate Office (tenant & landlord), Co-Working/Creative Office, Entertainment, Industrial, and Retail and Hospitality.

Job Description

A successful Project Manager at RAM Construction will provide the highest level of service and quality implementing all members of the construction team starting with Pre-Construction Services, throughout project construction, and finishing with successful project close out.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full Project Responsibility in all areas of construction and construction management.
  • Estimating, Bidding, Value Engineering, and Scheduling for project pre-construction activities.
  • Project Scheduling, Scheduling Updates, Documentation, and Management.
  • Quality Control and Quality Assurance to ensure construction meets or exceeds plans, specifications, codes, and approved shop drawings.
  • Change Order Estimating, Tracking, and Commitments.
  • Project Documentation, Correspondence, Records, Paperwork, Shop Drawings, Submittals, Procurement Schedule, RFI's, etc.
  • Open Communication with management.
  • Training and Development of team members for overall company growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred) OR equivalent experience working for a Commercial GC.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience managing projects in Commercial Construction.
  • Adept Knowledge of all principals of construction, methods, techniques, print reading, contracting, and construction management.
  • Proficient Computer Skills in Microsoft Office Suite, Project Management Software (Procore), Accounting Cost Management Software (Procore), and Scheduling Software.
  • 100% Detailed/Hands-on Knowledge of project scope.
  • Experience with running multiple projects, preferably within RAM Construction's core markets.
  • Excellent Listening Skills and Strong Communication Skills.
  • Ability to create and support team morale.

Schedule:

  • 7:30 am to 4:30 pm
  • Monday to Friday
