Our mission is to provide comprehensive legal and social services to vulnerable populations, ensuring access to justice and advocating for systemic changes in immigration law.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of legal professionals, including Managing Attorneys and Associate Program Managers, ensuring effective delivery of legal services.
- Mentor and guide legal staff, fostering professional development and enhancing service quality.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to design and implement programmatic strategies that align with organizational goals.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, addressing concerns and ensuring effective communication with community partners and government entities.
- Oversee the program budget in partnership with financial management to ensure fiscal responsibility.
- Participate in strategic planning and contribute to the overall vision of the organization.
- Maintain a manageable caseload of immigration cases, providing direct representation to minors while fulfilling managerial duties.
Qualifications:
Applicants should possess a Juris Doctor degree and be admitted to practice law in any state. A minimum of two years of experience in immigration law, particularly in removal proceedings, is required.
