Job Title: Spanish Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Spanish-speaking customer service representative to join our team. As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving customer complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Listen to customers, understand their needs, and resolve customer issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Research and resolve customer complaints, and escalate complex issues to management as needed.
  • Provide product and service information to customers, and make recommendations to meet their needs.
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets, and maintain a high level of customer engagement.
Requirements:
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English (written and verbal communication skills).
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity targets.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
