Job Opportunity

Arlo Henderson - State Farm Agency in Tampa, FL is seeking a skilled and caring professional to fill the role of a Bilingual Customer Service Representative. This position is focused on delivering exceptional customer service for a well-established State Farm Agent.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be proficient in Spanish and English. They will work to inspire customer loyalty and enhance the overall State Farm Insurance customer experience.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing prompt and accurate customer service, including responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Establishing and maintaining customer relationships, following up as needed.
  • Using a customer-focused approach to educate customers about insurance options.

Requirements:

  • Florida 4-40 Customer Representative License (must be able to obtain)
  • Florida 2-20 or 20-44 Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
  • Florida 2-15 Life, Health, and Variable Annuities license (must be able to obtain)
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented
  • Ability to work in a team environment and assess customer needs

This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Employees of State Farm agents must be able to successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs. State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees. State Farm agents' employees are not employees of State Farm.
