Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in a dynamic and supportive environment. As a vital member of our school district, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the lives of elementary students with speech and language disorders.

About the Role

This full-time or part-time position offers a unique opportunity for experienced SLPs or those new to the field to work with students aged 5-11. Our ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for speech therapy, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt to diverse learning environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage caseloads and provide individualized support to students with mild-moderate speech and language impairments.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
  • Conduct assessments, create progress reports, and maintain accurate records.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Possession of PA SLP/SLPA licensure or equivalent.
  • At least 1+ year of experience working with pediatric populations (preferably in an educational setting).
