Speech Language Pathologist Job Description:
Aequor Technologies is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to provide high-quality care to residents of skilled nursing facilities. As an SLP, you will work closely with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address communication and swallowing deficits. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of elderly patients and their families.

Responsibilities:
Evaluate and assess speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders in residents of skilled nursing facilities.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address communication and swallowing deficits.
Provide direct therapy services, including individual and group sessions, to improve speech, language, and swallowing functions.
Educate residents, families, and caregivers on strategies and techniques to support communication and swallowing needs at home and in the facility.

Requirements:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
Current state licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP).
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a skilled nursing facility or geriatric setting.
