Job Overview

Soliant is seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist or Assistant to work with students in grades K-12 at a school district near San Clemente. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and be able to develop and implement effective speech therapy plans.

Compensation

We offer competitive compensation, including an estimated salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience and location.

Responsibilities

The Speech Language Pathologist or Assistant will be responsible for:

  • Assessing student speech and language abilities
  • Developing and implementing individualized speech therapy plans
  • Working with teachers and other staff to support student learning
Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must have:

  • A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent for SLP Position
  • A Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent for SLPA Position
  • A current State License or eligibility to obtain licensure
  • Previous school-based experience preferred, but not required
