**Job Description:**

As a Master Meat Cutter Specialist at Sam's Club, you will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety standards and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Processing meat products according to specifications, utilizing knowledge of different types and seasonality of meat products, equipment usage, and backroom operations.
  • Providing expert advice to customers on meat products, answering questions, and making recommendations to ensure their shopping experience is exceptional.
  • Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives, develop interpersonal skills, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Utilizing digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:*

  • 6 months' experience working in a fresh production department.
  • Able to successfully complete all job required trainings and assessments within a prescribed time period.
