About the Role: In the capacity of a Salesforce Administrator at United Safety, you will oversee the continuous upkeep, configuration, and enhancement of our Salesforce platform. Your collaboration with stakeholders across diverse departments and acquisitions will be crucial in understanding their requirements and implementing effective solutions to achieve their objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and sustain the Salesforce platform, focusing on user administration, security configurations, and data accuracy.
  • Support integration initiatives between Salesforce and other systems.
  • Facilitate the onboarding of new and existing acquisitions onto our Salesforce platform.
  • Customize and configure Salesforce to align with the specific needs of various departments and users.
  • Engage with stakeholders to collect requirements and introduce new features, functionalities, and processes within Salesforce.
  • Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and workflows to deliver actionable insights and enhance decision-making.
  • Conduct regular assessments of Salesforce data and processes to ensure precision, consistency, and adherence to company policies.
  • Provide training and support to optimize the effectiveness and efficiency of Salesforce usage.
  • Stay updated on new Salesforce features and enhancements to evaluate their potential impact.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and optimization of the Salesforce platform proactively.
  • Collaborate closely with the IT team and external vendors to resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Act as the primary contact for Salesforce-related inquiries and support requests.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, along with Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201) or other relevant certifications.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Demonstrated experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with a solid grasp of Salesforce configuration, customization, and administration.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of translating business needs into technical solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Experience with Salesforce Lightning and Field Service Lightning is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Einstein Analytics or other Salesforce products is advantageous.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while adapting positively to change.
  • Capable of handling sensitive or confidential information with discretion.
  • Commitment to safety and adherence to policies promoting a secure working environment.
  • A positive attitude and a collaborative spirit are essential.
  • Understanding the dynamics of a growing company, with flexibility to work extended hours and occasional weekends as necessary.
