Position Title: Salesforce Administrator

Department: Data Analytics

Role Summary: As a Salesforce Administrator at United Safety, you will oversee the continuous upkeep, configuration, and enhancement of our Salesforce platform. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders from various departments to comprehend their requirements and implement solutions that align with their objectives. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of Salesforce best practices, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and sustain the Salesforce platform, focusing on user administration, security configurations, and data integrity.
  • Support integration initiatives between Salesforce and other systems.
  • Facilitate the onboarding of new and existing acquisitions into our Salesforce environment.
  • Customize and configure Salesforce to address the diverse needs of various departments and users.
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement new features, functionalities, and processes within Salesforce.
  • Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and workflows to deliver actionable insights and inform decision-making.
  • Conduct regular audits of Salesforce data and processes to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to company policies.
  • Provide training and support to enhance effectiveness and efficiency in utilizing Salesforce.
  • Stay updated on new Salesforce features and updates to evaluate their potential impact.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and optimization of the Salesforce platform.
  • Collaborate with the IT team and external vendors to resolve any issues that arise.
  • Act as the primary contact for Salesforce-related inquiries and support requests.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, and/or Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201) or additional certifications such as Salesforce Advanced Administrator or Salesforce Developer.
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with a solid understanding of Salesforce configuration, customization, and administration.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Experience with Salesforce Lightning and Field Service Lightning is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Einstein Analytics or other Salesforce products is a plus.
  • Experience in a manufacturing setting is advantageous.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while adapting positively to change.
  • Capable of handling sensitive or confidential information with discretion.
  • Safety consciousness is paramount, and adherence to all policies promoting a safe work environment is essential.
  • Bring a positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Commitment to operational effectiveness by adhering to attendance and punctuality standards.
