Job Summary

CTR Group is seeking a highly skilled Accountant to join our team in the Williamsburg, VA area. This is an immediate opening with a Part-Time position of 35-40 hours per week.

The successful candidate will be responsible for entering donations and other receipts into our system, processing online contributions, and managing payable invoices and credit card payments.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Processing payroll using Paychex twice a month
  • Filing supporting documents both digital and paper
  • Assisting the Organization's Administrator and Development Director as needed
  • Interacting with outside auditors to provide information and schedules

Requirements:

  • At least 3 to 5 years of experience in basic accounting
  • Proficient in MS Word and Excel
  • Experience using accounting software and online banking is essential
  • Familiarity with Paychex for payroll is desirable but not required
