The Physician Practice Manager is responsible for overseeing the administrative and operational functions of an assigned practice. This includes ensuring a smooth and efficient operation, managing inventory, personnel, and patient relations, as well as maintaining facilities. The Manager will support the mission and objectives of Tenet Florida Physician Services through daily operations, developing and implementing new office procedures to improve office flow and overall operations. They will also provide recommendations and follow-up actions to operational inefficiencies. Additionally, the Manager will oversee daily operations, including staff scheduling, cash reconciliation, charge entry, and operational checks and balances. They will work closely with the Director of Operations to ensure optimal A/R liquidation, minimized denials, refunds, and customer service. The Manager will review the operational budget and expenditures, ensuring the practice stays within budget parameters. They will prepare reports and statistical summaries as requested by management, providing monthly reporting with recommendations or action plans.
