Client Service Associate

At Transcend Practice Management, we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Client Service Associate to join our team. As a Client Service Associate, you will play a critical role in supporting our Wealth Advisor in delivering exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Wealth Advisor, including calendar management, client communication, and data entry.
  • Develop and implement systems and processes to improve client service and operational efficiency.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations, and apply this knowledge to support the Wealth Advisor in providing high-quality client service.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve business objectives and support the growth of the firm.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Three years of experience in an administrative role in the financial industry.
  • Series 7, Life, Health, and Annuities licenses are preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
