Job Summary:

AdventHealth Medical Group is seeking a highly skilled Advanced Practice Provider to join our team. As a member of our primary care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, managing acute and chronic conditions, and collaborating with our physicians and staff to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

Perform physical examinations, assess and treat injuries or illnesses for patients of all ages
Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as laboratory and imaging studies
Develop and implement treatment plans for acute and chronic conditions
Collaborate with physicians and staff to provide consistent care to patients
Maintain accurate records and schedules

Requirements:

Master's degree in Nursing (FNP) or Physician Assistant studies
Current, valid Florida APRN or PA-C license
Current, valid DEA license
ANCC, AANP or NCCPA (or equivalent) certification
