Job Overview

Four Hands, a prominent global designer and wholesaler of lifestyle home furnishings, is in search of a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst with substantial expertise in ERP systems, particularly Dynamics 365, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and e-commerce platforms. This pivotal role is essential for guaranteeing the quality and dependability of our software products through both manual and automated testing methodologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and sustain extensive test suites for both manual and automated testing.
  • Conduct end-to-end testing of ERP systems, WMS, and e-commerce platforms.
  • Ensure comprehensive test coverage for functional, regression, performance, and scalability testing scenarios.
  • Validate system integrations to ensure data accuracy and process flows.
  • Integrate automated tests with frameworks to enhance test execution and reporting.
  • Execute detailed manual test cases, especially for complex or high-risk areas not covered by automation.
  • Document test outcomes and track issues in the appropriate systems.
  • Collaborate with development teams to incorporate tests into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Work closely with QA analysts and developers to translate requirements into detailed test cases, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Investigate and debug test failures; identify root causes and propose solutions to enhance test reliability and stability.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure teams to establish and maintain test environments, ensuring alignment with production configurations.
  • Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to team members and promoting best practices for both manual and automated testing.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in software testing and apply relevant knowledge to enhance our testing practices.

  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in a technical QA role.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with test automation tools.
  • Experience with ERP implementation required; Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), e-commerce platforms, and Salesforce preferred.
  • Experience with complex data pipelines and integrations spanning multiple components.
  • Proficiency in developing and maintaining test automation frameworks using tools like Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, and Maven.
  • Strong programming skills in Java; familiarity with other languages such as Python or JavaScript is a plus.
  • Experience with API testing tools like Postman, REST Assured, and SoapUI, including designing and executing automated API tests.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitLab CI to integrate automated tests into build pipelines.
  • Proficiency in using version control systems like Git, including branching, merging, and pull request workflows.
  • Experience with test management tools like Jira and Zephyr for test case documentation, execution, and defect tracking.
  • Strong SQL skills for database testing, including writing and executing queries to validate data integrity.
