Job Title: Sales Director

We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Director to lead our sales team in the DMV region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in commercial sales, with a strong background in electronic security, fire alarm, and building automation systems.

**Responsibilities:**

* Develop and execute a vertical or territory strategy that aligns with our company priorities and identifies why the verticals or territory approach was selected and how you will measure performance.
* Have a plan for leading the upselling and cross-selling of services, managed services, digital transformation, leveraged services, and technology across all accounts.
* Proactively recruit, hire, onboard, and develop top sales talent.
* Provide daily and weekly sales planning and encouragement to all sales team members directly and through delegation.

**Requirements:**

* College degree in business, engineering, or related field preferred.
* Minimum Experience: 8 years of successful sales, including 2 years in the area of commercial sales (electronic security, fire alarm, building automation systems, or healthcare technologies).
* Proven experience managing a sales team.
* Proven experience developing successful business plans and sales strategies.
* Knowledge of products/systems and solutions of company relevant to the vertical markets and their value propositions.
* Strong financial and analytical skills.
