The Opportunity

We're seeking a Founding Business Development Representative to drive our growth by identifying and cultivating new business opportunities. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the future of live event audio technology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively source new opportunities through research and outbound efforts to conference and corporate events producers
  • Develop a deep understanding of our products and their value proposition
  • Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand client pain points and requirements
  • Manage and update customer information in our CRM system (Salesforce)
  • Collaborate with other teams to align strategies and enhance client experience
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competing products, and emerging opportunities
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience in a BDR or similar outbound sales role
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas in Enterprise SaaS sales
  • Background in AI translation or Events technology space
  • Proficiency in using CRM and sales software (Salesforce, Zoominfo, etc.)
  • Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills
  • Ideal ability to work from our San Francisco office 2 days a week

  • Competitive base compensation: $70,000 - $85,000 (negotiable based on experience)
  • OTE (on-target earnings): $94,000 - $109,000 (negotiable based on experience)
