Job Title: Services Operations Leader

At Trane Technologies, we're committed to creating innovative climate solutions for a sustainable world. As a Services Operations Leader, you'll play a critical role in driving the success of our Life Science Solutions Services business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve service excellence and drive business growth.
  • Lead a global service team to deliver high-quality services to customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, driving efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop and manage service contracts, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure service quality, customer satisfaction, and business performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to drive business growth and customer loyalty.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in service leadership, preferably in a technical, cold storage, or laboratory environment.
  • Solid knowledge of service contracts and business acumen to drive customer value.
  • Initiative, motivation, and ability to lead positive change management to deliver business outcomes.
  • Collaborative spirit, strong relationship building skills, and executive presence to inspire confidence in colleagues and customers.
  • Technical acumen, forward thinking, and high ethical standards.
What We Offer:
  • Total Target Compensation: $170,000 - $230,000 inclusive of base salary plus incentive.
