Cedar Hills Hospital is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse Supervisor to join our dynamic mental health facility. As a key member of our leadership team, you will provide safe and effective nursing care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members to promote and restore patients' health
  • Assess patients, plan for their care, and provide physical and psychological treatment
  • Provide leadership and education to the nursing team
  • Work closely with patients, families, and caregivers to ensure comprehensive care
Requirements
  • Associate's degree in nursing; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • One or more years of psychiatric nursing experience; new grads welcome
  • Current unencumbered license as a Registered Nurse through the Oregon State Board of Nursing
