At Monticello, we are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Ticketing and Guest Services Specialist to join our team. As a key holder and tour and event expert, you will be responsible for delivering impeccable guest service and ensuring a seamless experience for our visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Opening and closing registers, interacting with guests, and making change for sales associates
- Reconciling the day's sales and supervising the Ticket Office under the Ticketing Team Lead's direction
- Standing for several hours a day and prioritizing tasks with ease
Requirements:
- Enthusiasm for working with people and experience in customer service/sales/hospitality
- Ability to multi-task with ease and strong verbal communication skills
- Mathematical proficiency and experience with point-of-sale or ticketing computer software
