Healthcare Specialist

Capital Health is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in a flexible role. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide exceptional patient care while adapting to changing situations and priorities.
Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $115,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:
- Assess patients' physical and emotional needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans that address their unique requirements
- Deliver direct patient care, including medication administration, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless coordination of care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient information, including medical history, diagnoses, medications, and treatment plans
- Evaluate patient progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing evidence-based practices
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or Associate's degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited nursing program
- Current RN licensure in New Jersey or eligibility for licensure
- One year of experience as a Registered Nurse or completion of a nursing training program
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC)
