At Potbelly Sandwich Works, we're looking for a skilled Shift Leader to join our team. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of associates to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of associates to execute outstanding product quality and customer service
  • Manage and develop associates to achieve sales goals and control costs
  • Ensure all security procedures are followed and back-of-the-house procedural standards are met
  • Count drawers and follow proper daily cash handling procedures
  • Prepare quality finished products efficiently and comply with health and safety standards

Requirements:
