About the Role:

Candidates will be working at a Micro Fulfillment Center, a pharmacy network of facilities that dispenses and ships a variety of prescriptions to retail stores or to patient homes. The Pharmacy Technician Fulfillment is responsible for providing order processing support for fulfillment and/or providing assistance in the preparation and distribution of prescription medication via the use of the fulfillment system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develops and maintains proficiency in all medication dispensing areas and workstations
• Prepares bulk medication for loading into automated dispensing system
• Performs manual packing duties, including packing and shipping, completing orders, verifying accuracy based on conformance to quality standards/specifications, and preparing packages for mail
• Affixes labels to the appropriate containers
• Conducts cycle counts and put away
• Resolves order delay reporting, as well as upgrades, expedites, and cancels orders
• May also be responsible for stocking non-pharmaceutical products

Requirements:

• Active Board of Pharmacy Technician License
• High school diploma from an accredited school or equivalent GED
• Basic knowledge of and skills using MS Windows, MS Office Suite, and/or other similar operating/software programs
• Good verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate in a diplomatic and confidential manner
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. in a repetitive motion, with or without accommodations
• Ability to stand during the entire shift (up to 10 hours)
