A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CLIENT SERVICE ASSOCIATE


As a Client Service Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, both human and animal. Your primary responsibility will be to provide quality customer service, including taking reservations, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional manner.


In this role, you will warmly greet clients as they arrive, attentively listen to their needs, and ensure that all instructions regarding their pets are meticulously followed. You will manage client billing and daily cash reports with precision and care. Additionally, you will assist with various aspects of pet care as needed, thriving in a dynamic environment filled with pets and people.


QUALIFICATIONS FOR A CLIENT SERVICE ASSOCIATE

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience
  • Strong multitasking abilities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional phone etiquette
  • Proficient in computer use, including in-house software and Microsoft Office
  • Capacity to learn and retain information accurately
  • Ability to handle animals with care and compassion
  • Genuine passion for both people and pets

While prior experience in a pet resort or similar setting is advantageous, it is not mandatory. We are looking for individuals with a positive attitude, reliability, and strong organizational skills.


WORK SCHEDULE


Our front office operates from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with additional hours on every other Saturday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and Sunday for scheduled pick-ups from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm. Consistency in attendance is crucial for the well-being of our animal clients.
